RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS CLASSES Our recreational instructional class program is a non-competitive curriculum that is individualized. We encourage and motivate each child to participate and learn at his/her own pace. Skill charts appropriate to each level are used to help motivate and track each student’s progress. There is no pressure to achieve, only to try to do one’s best. Fitness and fun are most important. |
TODDLER GYM: AGES 18 mos. – 3 years |
Bring your child to a weekly class for large muscle motor development, hand-eye coordination, and general fitness using gymnastics activities.He/she will enjoy climbing, swinging, running, jumping, rolling, dancing and tumbling. Rain or shine you have quality time in a healthy, fun environment. |

PRESCHOOL 1 & 2: AGES 3 yrs. – 4 yrs. (pre-K) |
Children must be at least 3 years old and toilet trained. The class meets one time per week for 1 hour. Children will work on all of the gymnastics events including trampoline and tumble track. Great for overall fitness and skill development. Brand new children will be placed in a Preschool 1 squad, and 2nd year or young 5 year old children will be placed in either a Preschool 2 or K-Gym squad. |

KINDERGARTEN GYM:ALL BOYS & GIRLS IN KINDERGARTEN |
This class is designed for the Kindergarten age student who is now more involved in listening and thinking. It is more skill oriented than the preschool gym class with an emphasis on participation and fun! |

Beginner Girls' Level 1 Girls |
This class is designed to introduce the sport of gymnastics to girls who want to try it for the first time and for girls who are returning to gymnastics after a break. Classes are age grouped and ability grouped. USAG Level 1 skills & routines will be taught. Skill cards are used to document progress. |

Girls' Level 2: |
Students must have completed Level 1 to enroll in this class. This class will continue to build on the skills and routines learned at Level 1 and will begin to work on USAG Level 2 skills. Many of the girls at this age and level should participate in the RGTC Fun Olympics this summer. They will use the USAG Level 2 routines to compete and earn awards just like in the real Summer Olympic Games. If your daughter was in the Gym 1, Gym 2 Or Novice class this year, she may enroll in this class level this summer. Younger girls who were in the Intermediate Class may need to take this class until Level 2 skills are mastered. |

Girls' Level 3: |
This class is for our students who completed the intermediate classes and are ready for more advanced work. The emphasis will be on learning Level 3 skills and routines. This group should participate in our RGTC Fun Olympics in August. If you were in an Advanced Class this year, you may take this class or move to Prep Opt. |

PREP OPT CLASS FOR ADVANCED GIRLS |
This class is for our Advanced students who want to have an opportunity to participate in a few competitions during the school year. The routines used in the competition require the mastery of specific skills. Our guideline to join this group is the successful completion of USAG Level 3 and a recommendation by your instructor. Participation in the RGTC Fun Olympics in August is expected of these students. |

CLASSES FOR BOYS: AGES 6 & UP |
These classes will introduce basic skills on all of the Olympic events. Conditioning will be an important aspect of the class because of the strength demands of this sport. This is an excellent class for boys to gain body awareness, coordination, power, flexibility, upper body strength, and self-confidence. Gymnastics training is an excellent way for your son to get into shape for the traditional team sports. |

TUMBLING AND TRAMPOLINE CLASSES FOR GIRLS AND BOYS, |
These are the perfect classes for children who want to “learn how to flip”! The classes are divided into two levels to enhance learning. Level 1 is appropriate for all youngsters age 5 & up who are less experienced and just starting to tumble. Level 2 is for the more experienced student with at least one year of class. These classes will meet in The back Tumbling gym for tumbling and then cross into the Gymnastics gym for trampoline. Groups will be divided by age and ability. |

The program is designed to help develop the foundation for basic fitness and will create positive awareness of the advantage of a physically active lifestyle. American children need more physical activity! Medical reports indicate poor eating habits coupled with low to no activity levels are putting our youth in danger. Rose’s Gymnastics is doing something about it! We know gymnastics may not be for every child. But, we also know how to get kids in shape using the equipment in fun and innovative ways! This class if for boys and girls ages 5 & up. It is 1 hour of high energy activity. We use group games, exercise circuits, gymnastics obstacle courses, calisthenics and stretching. |

We provide a state of the art facility and trained teachers to help you learn the skills required for making your squad or raising your level of tumbling. Skills and drills for round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and twisting are set up for all levels and abilities. A second day may open if warranted. |
